The cost of participating in the field study program is actually less than if you were to attend Comic-Con International on your own, plus you earn college credit while participating.

Program Expenses

The cost of the program includes:
  • instructional and registration fees for one credit hour
  • five-day admission to Comic-Con International
  • double-occupancy room at the University of San Diego
  • six meals (two dinners and four breakfasts)
  • transportation pass from USD to the Convention Center

$850 program cost for Wittenberg students

$945 program cost for non-Wittenberg students

Variable Expenses

In addition to the program, you will need to plan for the following variable expenses:
$____ Roundtrip airfare from your point of origin to and from San Diego
$____ Shuttle or taxi service rides to and from airport to University of San Diego
$____ Additional lunch or dinner purchases
$____ Purchases of memorabilia or artifacts on site (optional, of course)
